Redwood & Reef offers yoga and sound baths for corporate groups and individuals who reside in or just visiting the Monterey County area.

Services can be provided at corporate locations, retreat locations, for local spas, booked at a private studio in Carmel, or on R&R private property in the redwoods. The redwoods yoga and sound bath experience is limited and by appointment only. 

Redwood and Reef creates wellness experiences along the Monterey Peninsula designed to support presence, calm, connection, focus and productivity through gentle movement and sound.

Sessions can include yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound immersion using crystal singing bowls and other instruments.

I also partner with other practitioners to create mini retreats and programming including services such as certified forest bathing, feng shui visionboarding, mother circles, reiki, and somatic work.
