SESSION FLOW

Each sound session is composed with a combination of intuition and design, allowing the notes, tones, and alchemies of the bowls to build upon one another and create a progressive experience that may include:

• Grounding and nervous system settling

• Deep integration and stillness

No two sessions are identical. The sound field is responsive to the individuals present, the instruments being played, and the environment itself.

No prior experience is necessary, and there is no expectation of what you should feel, experience, or receive. You are simply invited to listen, breathe, and be in stillness.

ABOUT THE INSTRUMENTS

Sound bath sessions incorporate premium Crystal Tones® alchemy singing bowls, Quartz is the foundation of the crystal singing bowl. Alchemy bowls build upon this crystalline foundation, incorporating additional minerals, metals, and gemstones to create distinctive tonal and harmonic qualities.

As such, each alchemy bowl carries its own vibrational character. Together, these instruments create a resonant field of sound and intention designed to support relaxation, reflection, and a deeper connection with the present moment.

In Sound Journeys, additional instruments, including natural chimes, an ocean drum, rain stick, may be woven throughout the session to create gentle movement, transitions, and atmospheric depth.
