Sound Baths
Certified as a practitioner of crystal singing bowls, Colleen from Redwood & Reef blends the relaxing sounds of the bowls in harmony with the soothing sounds of nature for sound baths around the Monterey Peninsula.
The majority of R&R public sound bath sessions are based in Carmel, California. However, Redwood & Reef welcomes the opportunity to bring the benefits of sound baths to local spas, retreats, and corporate wellness programs in Monterey County.
Sessions can be sound baths on their own or as an add on to a yoga and meditation offering for a deeper experience.
R&R Sound Offerings
Live, intuitive sound baths and sound journeys.
Depending on the selected session, the experience is designed as an immersive sound experience using a combination of select instruments and singing bowls. All experiences are 60 minutes inclusive of set up, settling in, and clean up. Actual time in full sound is about 45 minutes.
Redwood Renewal- R&R’s signature sound bath complete with the sounds of Mother Nature outdoors under the canopy of majestic Coastal Redwoods.
Resonance - A grounding, full-body sound experience using 3 pure grand sized frosted quartz crystal bowls.
Harmonic Flow- A layered session blending foundational tones of 3 grand sized frosted quartz bowls with select alchemy bowls, complemented by subtle textural instruments for a more immersive experience.
Alchemy Immersion- A deeply textured sound bath featuring grand bowls and full array of rare alchemy bowls designed for deeper relaxation and intentional reset.
Complete Sound Journey- An extended, customized session designed for an exclusive experience featuring full bowl array and a range of supporting instruments such as pala chimes, rain drum, ocean drum, thunder drum and more. The combination creates a rich and multidimensional soundscape.
